A laptop computer is strongly recommended.
All IU students have free access to Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium and students from the 2nd year forward will need to use Photoshop and Illustrator.
Color scanning and printing are available for use at various facilities across campus.

Bill Blass Lecture Series
Through a bequest from fashion designer Bill Blass the AMID department and the Sage Collection established a Blass Lecture Series to bring design and dress studies professionals and academics to campus for lectures, seminars, and workshops.
