Prof. Paul is an Indiana University graduate who has served on our faculty since 1997, first as a clinical assistant professor and now as a senior lecturer. Before joining our department, she spent 19 years in the retail industry working for Kobacker Stores and Paul Harris Stores, where she progressed through a series of leadership roles in women’s apparel to become the organization’s senior vice president of merchandising. Her retail expertise includes buying, planning, product development and sourcing.

Prof. Paul teaches a variety of retail courses, including apparel merchandising planning and analysis, product development, computer-aided design and global sourcing. She also leads educational seminars and annual student trips to national and international retail trade shows and corporations.
